 * Kolleg*innen bei der Lösung von technischen Problemen helfen
 * Behebung von IT-Störungen
 * Gewährleistung des reibungslosen Ablaufs der Unternehmens-IT
 * Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsberechnungen für IT-Beschaffungen
 * Mitwirkung bei IT-Projekten z.B. Konzipierung und Realisierung neuer IT-Systeme
