## Description

Keystone Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will lead a large-scale server migration project, ensuring successful delivery while representing Keystone Solutions. You will collaborate with various internal teams and external partners, managing project timelines and budgets effectively., * Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects according to agreed objectives;

 * Oversee the implementation of IT processes and ensure compliance with project management standards (PMBOK, PRINCE2, or similar methodologies);
 * Act as the point of contact for all project-related communication, both internally and externally;
 * Collaborate with internal departments and development teams to plan the migrations of their applications, understanding their needs and translating them into practical solutions;
 * Manage project risks and propose timely solutions to any obstacles;
 * Steer project teams and ensure smooth collaboration between all parties involved;
 * Prepare reports and updates to communicate progress and results to stakeholders.
