In the absence of a bachelor's degree, the candidate shall demonstrate an additional minimum three (3) years of relevant experience as a backend developer in ADA, Java or C++, in addition to the mandatory three (3) years required, in case a the minimum Bachelor degree is not demonstrated, a total of six (6) years of backend development experience in one of the aforementioned programming languages shall be provided. Language requirement The Tenderer shall confirm that each the proposed candidate has ability to Listening-Reading-Writing-Speaking in English at level C1/B2/B2/C1 (the English skill levels may be further evaluated during an interview). Technical/Professional qualification Mandatory: * Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience as a backend developer in one the following programming languages: ADA, Java or C++. * Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience as software developer working on maintenance and evolution of mission critical systems with large code base (> 100 KLoC). * Minimum 5 years of recent professional experience in Linux environment * Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience with Scrum or Kanban methodology using tools like Jira and BitBucket or equivalent. Desirable: * Minimum 3 years of recent professional experience as an ADA developer. * Minimum 2 years of Experience in Air Traffic Management domain. * Minimum 3 years of Experience in writing high-quality technical documentation (specifications, design document, test descriptions, user manual, etc., * The tenderer should demonstrate that candidate has experience in working in a multi-cultural team and eagerness to learn new concepts, business domains, technologies, etc., - at least one reference. * The tenderer should provide Example of experiences demonstrating the following skills: Team worker, positive and open minded, committed to getting a job done - at least 1 reference. ## Description The Flight Data Processing (FDP) Department is responsible for the development, evolution, and maintenance of the Flight Data Processing System (FDPS), a mission-critical component that supports air traffic control operations within MUAC. To sustain the reliability and availability of the FDPS, each Contracted Expert shall provide technical support to the FDPS maintenance activities.
