Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

 + Koordination und Betreuung zentraler IT-Anwendungen (z. B. Dokumentenmanagementsystem, Mitgliederverwaltung, Liegenschaftsverwaltung)
 + Analyse und Dokumentation fachlicher Anforderungen sowie Erstellung von IT-Konzepten
 + Begleitung von Systemmigrationen und Einführung neuer Softwarelösungen
 + Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Unterstützung bei der Auswahl von IT-Lösungen
 + Schulung von Anwenderinnen und Anwendern sowie Unterstützung im User Help Desk
