Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, We are seeking a collaborative, growth-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-tech environment.

 * Education: Degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable background.
 * Professional Background: Minimum of 3 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA environments (as an In-house Consultant, Key User, or External Consultant).
 * Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP PP/PP-PI; additional experience in QM is highly valued.
 * Communication: Fluency in German (C1) and professional proficiency in English (B2).
 * Attributes: A customer-first mindset with a confident, professional presence.

## Description

To maintain system integrity, we utilize a Clean-Core strategy powered by the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) for necessary customizations. Our work is defined by a "Built for Compliance" mindset, ensuring that GxP regulatory requirements are woven into the fabric of the system architecture from the very beginning., In this position, you are more than just a technician; you are a strategic advisor. You will have the creative freedom to re-engineer client workflows and implement digital solutions that significantly improve their operational efficiency.

 * End-to-End Consulting: Lead and support SAP implementation cycles, from initial discovery to long-term support.
 * Workshop Leadership: Facilitate on-site client workshops and expert-led training sessions.
 * Process Architecture: Design, harmonize, and model complex business processes, including hands-on system customizing.
 * Knowledge Transfer: Develop comprehensive project documentation and standardized user manuals.
 * Growth Support: Provide technical insights to the sales team to help secure new project acquisitions.
