We're looking for a pragmatic leader with excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to influence at all levels. Proven track record of architecting customer-facing digital solutions (e.g., e-Commerce, CRM, CMS, MarTech) in retail or similar B2C industries Deep knowledge of modern technology stacks, including Commerce, CDPs, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), APIs/microservices, integration platforms and
enterprise application services (ERP, WMS, POS etc) Experience defining and governing architectural roadmaps during large-scale transformations Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and how to integrate them into solution design Experience with architectural frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) and modeling tools is a plus

This global brand are a market leader who operate as a multi-channel retailer, offering incredible products for every occasion. The Role My client are going through an enterprise-wide modernisation which will include the upgrading of legacy systems, re-platforming their ecommerce solution, the implementation of a new CRM & marketing solutions and other customer engagement technologies. Key Responsibilities Architecture Leadership : Define and lead solution architecture for transformational initiatives, including the replacement of the e-Commerce platform, CRM, and marketing automation tools. . Technology Strategy & Roadmapping : Develop and maintain multi-year architectural roadmaps that align technology investments with business goals, enabling scalability, agility, and innovation. Customer Experience Focus : Design solutions that elevate the
