## About the Role

As an intermediate consultant in UX design, you'll come to Hippo with strong UX design skills and some experience of advising others on how to design user-centred services. In return, we'll provide exciting opportunities to develop further within your profession and as a consultant with clients., * Knowledge and desire to investigate, innovate and develop emerging design, UX and technology trends

 * Strong ability to recognize and predict use-cases and user interaction, including happy path, edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs
 * Excellent understanding of user-experience design for mobile and the web, technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and ability to show relevant work
 * Experience in rapid prototyping tools, for example Sketch and Invision
 * Great consultancy skills, caring about your client's needs and motivations
 * Ability to share your skills and experience with your client to enable them to continue to iterate and improve content after you leave

## Description

Hippo is recruiting intermediate consultants in UX design. UX designers ensure that people using a service can do what they need to do, when they need to do it, in a way that is easy for them. Working with user researchers, they identify what users need from a service and use that information to inform design decisions. Champions of user-centred design, they work with other Agile team members to test and iterate designs, and advise clients on how to get the best from UX design.
