Bonus if you: * You have a basic understanding of Data Science concepts and are interested in learning more. * You have experience in training or educating non-technical teams on data literacy. ## Description We're looking for a Data Analyst to join our growing data team at Octopus Legacy. You'll play a central role in helping teams across the business make smarter, faster, more informed decisions. While you'll sit within the data team, your day-to-day will involve working directly with stakeholders from across the organisation such as Growth, Product and Operations. You'll turn messy real-world data into actionable insights, bring structure to ambiguity, and help the business better understand what drives performance. This is a hands-on, high-impact role in a fast-moving environment. You'll need to be comfortable navigating shifting priorities, championing a data culture, and bringing rigour to complexity. We're still early in our data journey - right now, the focus is on building the foundations: modelling key metrics, creating dashboards, and getting reliable data into the hands of the people who need it.
