## Description

A growing London-based fintech are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help scale a business-critical investment reporting platform used by global asset management clients. You'll join at a pivotal point in their journey: evolving an established Django-based product while helping shape and build the next generation of their platform and product suite.

What you'll be doing:

 * Designing and building backend services using Python and Django
 * Owning and evolving core platform components across a complex reporting system
 * Architecting and delivering new features end-to-end, from concept through to deployment
 * Working across AWS infrastructure and backend systems to improve scalability and performance
 * Collaborating closely with frontend, design, and client-facing teams
 * Mentoring engineers and driving best practice within a small, high-performing team
