## Description

We are looking for a Junior Software Support Analyst to support a range of critical business systems that underpin day-to-day operations across the organisation. Reporting to the Systems Manager, this role is responsible for providing first line support for core business systems, ensuring their effective operation and supporting users across the business.

The Junior Software Support Analyst will act as a key point of contact for system-related queries, troubleshooting issues, maintaining data integrity, and supporting ongoing improvements and upgrades.

There is the potential to enrol into an apprenticeship to help support your development in systems support., * Provide day-to-day low level system support for core business systems including GeneticIQ, NetSuite, Power BI, PeopleHR and other business-related software.

 * Act as the first point of contact for system-related support queries. Logging tickets on users behalf on service portal Halo.
 * Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
 * Maintain system data integrity
 * Support system upgrades, enhancements, and testing
 * Create and maintain system documentation
 * Support onboarding and training for users
 * Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
 * Manage user access and permissions
 * Support reporting and data extraction
 * Administration activities within system-related projects
