## About the Role

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented individual with strong SAP and Excel skills to support within a quality/operations function., * Previous experience using SAP (preferably within a quality or production environment)

 * Confident using Excel for data handling, tracking, and reporting
 * (e.g. filtering, sorting, basic formulas)
 * Strong attention to detail and accuracy
 * Ability to work independently and manage repetitive tasks efficiently

Good communication skills and a proactive approach

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

## Description

You'll play a key role in supporting quality processes by reviewing SAP inspection data and ensuring accuracy across the system., * Review and manage SAP Quality Inspection Lots

 * Identify and track missing inspection lots (UDs - Usage Decisions)
 * Collect, record, and organise data accurately using Excel
 * Investigate discrepancies and flag any missing or incomplete information
 * Maintain clear and up-to-date records to support reporting
 * Liaise with internal teams where necessary to resolve data gaps
 * Support continuous improvement of data accuracy and reporting processes
