## Description

We are seeking a skilled and analytical IT Consultant to support business and technology projects through data analysis, reporting, and strategic insights. The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer analytics, reporting, business intelligence, and stakeholder collaboration within project environments..

Duties

 * Analyse business and customer data to identify trends, performance insights, and improvement opportunities.
 * Deliver actionable insights to support business strategy, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
 * Support project delivery through data analysis, reporting, and technical recommendations.
 * Develop dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking using SQL, Excel, and BI tools.
 * Conduct analysis activities such as A/B testing, performance measurement, ROI analysis, and trend evaluation.
 * Collaborate with business, digital, CRM, marketing, and technical teams to support organisational objectives.
 * Translate complex technical and business data into clear reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
 * Support process improvement initiatives and identify opportunities for innovation and optimisation.
 * Assist with stakeholder management, requirement gathering, and business analysis activities.
 * Ensure reporting accuracy, data quality, and compliance with organisational standards.
