You'll ideally have: * Experience working within an MSP or IT Support environment * Technical Support experience: 3+ years preferred * A full UK driving licence * Excellent troubleshooting and fault-finding skills * Strong communication and customer service skills * Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments * Good knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and Group Policy * Strong desktop, hardware and networking experience * Experience using remote support tools * Knowledge of VoIP systems * The ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple customer requests * A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for technology It would be great if you also have... * Microsoft Azure experience * Datto RMM and PSA experience * ShadowProtect backup knowledge * Experience within healthcare or dental IT environments * Knowledge of Digital X-Ray systems Don't worry if you don't tick every box, we're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn. ## Description No two days are the same. You'll split your time between customer sites and remote support, helping businesses keep their IT running smoothly while delivering a first-class service every step of the way.
