The team comprises Senior Application Owners and Application Owners who work directly with directorate management teams to prioritise workload. This includes digital transformation initiatives, business-as-usual activities, and support for strategic business plans. The responsibilities of the team include: * Optimising digital operations and services, improving the experience for customers and officers * Managing the operational process of designing and running a product or service throughout its entire lifecycle * Participating in service governance, including acting as a point of escalation * Owning budgets and allocating funding as appropriate * Managing commercial activity, including determining the appropriate purchasing strategy, building relationships with third parties, and supporting effective delivery The team supports a range of business applications across various place-based services.
