Qualifications/ Requirements/ Characteristics: * Knowledge of principles and design of Shock Absorbers (dampers) or any other relevant knowledge related to hydraulics is preferred * 3D Solidworks * Knowledge and/or experience in FEM calculations * Good communication skills and willing to take challenges * Experience in managing small scale projects is preferred * Passionate Pursuit of Excellence with High Accountability and Human touch * Disciplined and optimize execution * Pragmatic and agile * Strong with figures, data and analysis * Hands-on mentality * Can do attitude and result driven * From strategy thinking to actionable activities * Team player, cooperative but as well being able to operate independently * Ability to work in an international and intercultural Team * Able to work under pressure and challenge * Ability and willingness to travel ## Description In this role you are responsible to define the best technical solution for customer and lead the implementation to Start of Production (SOP). You support sales providing cost effective technical solution in order to win the target order, act as the main technical interface with customer, collect customer needs and requirement and participate with R&D to development of new dedicated products, prepare drawings, testing plan and other customer and fabrication related documents and you act as Project Manager in order to assure development milestones, engage the cross functional Team and have a smooth handover of the project to the Operational Team with the FAI completion. Communication with the operational teams is generally cross international sites.
