Technical & Functional Skills * Experience with data analysis and Business Intelligence tools or reporting concepts. * Understanding of software development methodologies and system integration concepts. * Ability to quickly learn business functions and identify opportunities for system and process improvement. * Comfortable adapting to new technologies and evolving business needs. Systems & Process Analysis * Analyze business requirements, data, and system processes to ensure alignment with business objectives and identify optimization opportunities. * Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, system workflows, and functional specifications to clearly document current-state and future-state solutions. * Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and solution designs. 2. Development, Testing & Support * Maintain and enhance existing core systems to support new features, correct defects, and improve logic and performance. * Configure and test system changes to ensure functionality, performance, and data integrity. * Coordinate and execute unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). * Provide timely troubleshooting and production support for critical system and process issues; after-hours or weekend support may occasionally be required. 3. Documentation & Standards * Produce and maintain clear documentation for: * + Business and system requirements + Process flows and data mappings + Testing plans and test results + Deployment and implementation strategies * Utilize ServiceNow to record and maintain change management activities, production support work, incidents, and system enhancements, ensuring traceability, audit readiness, and clear operational history. * Ensure documentation supports auditability, knowledge transfer, and long-term system maintainability. 4.
