Preferred Skills: * Understanding of technology needs in a retail environment * Familiarity and knowledge of google workspace * Experience troubleshooting phone systems and call flows * Experience with system integrations, data transforms, and troubleshooting import failures. Additional Notes: * Must be able to travel to all company locations (NC, SC, VA, GA) as needed. * Most work is completed during regular business hours. Occasionally, work must be completed during non-business hours of the night or on weekends. * Role is designated as in-office. ## Description * Provide technical support for the entire organization. * Leverage analysis techniques to understand and identify the cause of issues with networks, hardware, system configurations, software, and permissions.
