## About the Role

Do you have experience in Waterfall?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field or equivalent based on a background in Software Quality Management

 * Knowledge of defined processes, commonly used concepts, practices, procedures, and multiple lifecycles in software development projects
 * Experience with process auditing and process compliance
 * Experience with creation of performance measures that can support process compliance
 * Experience with the creation and maintenance of organizational processes
 * Effective oral and written communication skills
 * Candidate must possess a strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 * Must be a U.S. citizen and able to obtain a DoD Top Secret Security Clearance, * BS in Software Engineering field or Software Management.
 * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
 * Proficiency in best practices for process development, software engineering, software testing, version control, and defect management
 * Experience or knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid frameworks and approaches, such as SCRUM, SAFe, Lean, etc.
 * Experience or knowledge of metrics techniques to support process improvement.
 * Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, Certified Quality Engineer (CQE), or Certified Quality Assurance (CQA)
 * Knowledge of the Capability Maturity Model Integrations Development (CMMI-DEV) and quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
 * Professional certification, such as Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA
 * Current Secret or Top-Secret Security Clearance, * A requirement of this job is that you obtain and maintain a security clearance, and you must be a U.S. citizen. Are you a U.S. citizen?

Education:

 * Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

 * Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint: 5 years (Preferred)
 * Six Sigma, CQE, or CQA: 3 years (Preferred)
 * CMMI Appraisals: 3 years (Required)
 * CMMI-DEV: 3 years (Required)

## Description

This position will have a strong focus on continuing to mature the software quality management system, procedures, and behaviors to maintain CMMI-DEV 2.0 Maturity Level 3 accreditation. This position will also participate with the CSI Quality team to support management of the CSI Quality Management System and auditing capabilities for CMMI.
