In this hybrid role, you'll split your time between supporting technicians in the field and managing performance, training, and operations from the office. You'll play a key role in driving install rates, ensuring quality, and helping our team deliver real energy savings to the customers and communities we serve. You'll work closely with our Program Managers and Field Operations Manager to align field execution with program goals, while serving as the day-to-day leader, coach, and resource for our field technicians.
