Proven track record of delivering complex Webflow builds at scale. Excellent UX and visual design skills, with strong layout, typography, and hierarchy sense. Skilled in Figma, variables, and scalable design-system creation. Understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1), responsive design, and technical SEO. Confident
communicator who can engage directly with senior stakeholders and clients. Curious, creative, and passionate about design innovation and continuous improvement. Senior Webflow Designer - £45K-£55K DOE Join an Award-Winning Digital Studio Creating World-Class Web Experiences Boost Talent are representing a leading digital consultancy known for designing and building innovative, high-impact Webflow experiences for global brands and fast-growing scale-ups alike. Their work blends UX strategy, visual design, and low-code development to deliver products that look beautiful and perform brilliantly. Location: Leeds (hybrid, flexible office rhythm) Salary: £45K-£55K DOE The Role You'll join a collaborative, design-led team delivering end-to-end Webflow projects - from early discovery and UX through to build, motion, and optimisation. This is a hands-on senior role where you'll bring strong design foundations together with advanced Webflow skills to create best-in-class digital experiences.
