Who You'll Work With: People Tech & Support Team People & Payroll Teams Technology Team Business Leaders & Managers across all levels External partners and 3rd party providers What We're Looking For: A true embodiment of the Nando's values-Pride, Passion, Courage, Integrity, and Family. 5+ years of hands-on Workday configuration experience, including Core HCM, Absence, Security,
BP design/optimisation, reporting, recruiting, talent, UK payroll, and integrations. A champion of the user-someone who keeps the experience simple, secure, and slick. A sharp mind with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Agile, adaptable, and ready to juggle a mix of planned and unexpected challenges. A trusted advisor and influencer, confident working across teams like Tech, HR, Finance, and Ops. A detail-obsessed, data-savvy analyst who sees both the weeds and the big picture. Experience navigating sensitive, confidential data with a "privacy by design" mindset. A self-starter with a collaborative spirit who thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment.

What You'll Get Stuck Into: Lead the way in ensuring our Workday system is secure, compliant, efficient, and creating unforgettable candidate and employee experiences. Be the go-to expert across Workday's Core HCM, Absence, Security, and Business Process (BP) optimisation-turning ideas into seamless solutions. Champion continuous improvement by reviewing configurations and identifying areas to boost performance and value. Own Workday release cycles-investigate changes, plan ahead, and ensure smooth rollouts. Collaborate with our Tech teams to manage Workday integrations and keep our systems talking happily to each other. Support
