Basic to moderate SQL skills

Understanding of SDLC and application implementation methodologies
Preferred Skills:
SAP or large ERP environments (Oracle/Microsoft)
Retail pricing & promotions experience
Blue Yonder Category Management / Enterprise Planning
Databricks, Snowflake, or MicroStrategy exposure
APIs and integration tools like Tibco, Informatica, or MuleSoft
SAP ABAP or coding experience

## Description

Support application incidents, outages, and upgrades
Analyze system integrations and vendor impacts
Coordinate configuration and implementation activities
Work closely with business and technical teams to resolve issues
