This is an important role within the organisation, taking ownership of the IT environment, ensuring it meets the needs of distinct groups of individual stakeholders and working with multiple external partners to deliver and manage reliable and scalable services. The organisation is fairly small (<50 heads) but operates a range of diverse services that are vital to its wider membership, so there's a reasonable degree of complexity. It's important that the IT Manager can work closely with users to understand their requirements, provide expert guidance to senior stakeholders, align systems with business needs and guide all in the organisation through their effective adoption.
