As part of the Regulation and Quality Improvement Team, you'll help ensure our services provide timely, accurate and reassuring responses to enquiries, concerns, complaints and safeguarding matters. Working via our virtual Regulation Duty Desk, you'll support operational colleagues, help mitigate business risk, and contribute to maintaining high standards of regulatory compliance. This hybrid role offers a mix of home working with occasional travel for meetings.
