Required Skills You may be assessed on the key critical skills relevant for success in role, such as experience with Customer Experience Empathy Maps, Journey Mapping, Story Mapping, StoryBoarding, Market Research, Product Management or Business Analysis etc., as well as job-specific skillsets.
