Under the direction of the Director, the Senior Vice President helps maintain the effectiveness of the compliance program by monitoring regulatory developments, supporting business growth, and ensuring compliance considerations keep pace with product expansion. The Senior Vice President contributes to leadership visibility by supporting reporting and analysis related to program effectiveness, emerging risk trends, and regulatory challenges. Beyond core compliance responsibilities, the Senior Vice President serves as a business partner to internal stakeholders, collaborating to develop solutions that satisfy both regulatory requirements and client needs. This role requires a balanced approach to risk management, applying practical, scalable solutions that support innovation while upholding regulatory integrity. This position operates within a matrix reporting structure, with direct accountability to the Director, Regulatory Compliance & Fulfillment Support Services within the Legal organization, reporting through the Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. The role also provides ongoing support to the Director, Regulatory Compliance & Fulfillment Support Services, aligned to the Senior Managing Director of Residential New Originations and Fulfillment Services, ensuring effective coordination and execution of regulatory compliance initiatives across business operations.
