* Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbar
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung Identity- & Access-Management (IAM) mit den einschlägigen Protokollen (bspw. LDAP, OAuth, OIDC, SAML etc.) und Tools (bspw. AD, ADFS, NetIQ, Entra ID, WSO2, Keycloak, Okta etc.)
 * Hohe Expertise mit modernen Identity-Providern bzgl. Authentifizierung, MFA, Identity-Mapping, Autorisierung (bspw. WSO2, Keycloak, Okta etc.)
 * Tiefgreifende Kenntnisse in modernen API-Managementsystemen und Enterprise Service Bussen (bspw. WSO2, Mulesoft, Orchestra, Cloverleaf, Tibco, WebMethods, Vitria etc.).
 * Erfahrung mit Netzwerkarchitekturen, Firewall-Systemen, Web Proxies etc.
 * Erfahrung im Anforderungsmanagement mit Fachabteilungen
 * Analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Troubleshooting-Skills
 * Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamplayer-Mentalität
 * Deutsch top, Englisch gut in Wort und Schrift
