You'll combine people leadership, technical understanding, resource coordination, and process improvement in a dynamic development environment with close collaboration across R&D, product management, and senior leadership. As part of OJ's broader R&D leadership team, you'll help shape development priorities, strengthen engineering processes, and contribute to an organization where ideas quickly become action. Your role As hardware development manager, you'll be responsible for the daily leadership and continued development of OJ's hardware team.
