## Description

Wir suchen IT-Experten (m/w/d), die unser Team in Prozessaufnahme, Systemeinführung, Schnittstellenanbindung und im IT-Betrieb zuverlässig unterstützen. Während der Einarbeitung lernst du unsere digitale Arbeitsweise, das Dokumenten- und Fristenmanagement sowie unsere Automatisierungs- und DATEV-Systeme kennen.
Deine täglichen Aufgaben:
Betreuung der eingesetzten SaaS-Anwendungen (User-/Lizenzverwaltung, Konfiguration, Berechtigungen)
Einrichtung, Installation und Konfiguration von Standard-Software
Dokumentation und Konzeption digitaler Geschäftsprozesse (SOPs, Checklisten)
Planung und Einführung neuer Software- und IT-Lösungen
Verbinden von Standardlösungen über Schnittstellen
Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Automationen für wiederkehrende Aufgaben (z. B. Zapier/Mirror/ähnliche Tools)
Anwenderschulung und -betreuung (First/Second Level), Erstellung von Leitfäden
Fehleranalyse und Störungsbeseitigung über Ticketsystem
DATEV-Support-Themen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachbereichen und Dienstleistern
Zusätzliche Aufgaben (je nach Erfahrung)
System- und Rechteverwaltung, Basis-Administration (Benutzer, Endgeräte)
Mitarbeit an IT-Sicherheits- und Compliance-Standards (Richtlinien, Backups)
Auswahl und Steuerung externer Dienstleister; Lizenz- und Asset-Management
Ausbau von Low-Code/No-Code-Automationen
Prozessoptimierung und Projektmanagement in enger Abstimmung mit Fachabteilungen
