 * ML-Lifecycle & Praxiserfahrung: Du kennst dich im gesamten Machine Learning Lifecycle aus - von Datenaufbereitung über Feature Engineering bis hin zu Deployment, Monitoring und Iteration - und hast bereits produktive Anwendungen umgesetzt.
 * Datenbanken & Pipelines: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit Datenbanken wie PostgreSQL, entwirfst Datenmodelle, schreibst komplexe Queries und entwickelst stabile ETL-Prozesse.
 * AI-Tools & Infrastruktur: Du hast Erfahrung mit LLM APIs und weißt, wie man diese effizient für strukturierte Anwendungsfälle einsetzt. Zudem bringst Du Kenntnisse in Linux, Deployment und CI/CD mit.
 * Eigenverantwortung & Kommunikation: Du arbeitest selbstständig, denkst unternehmerisch und treibst Themen aktiv voran. Gleichzeitig kannst Du technische Inhalte verständlich erklären und arbeitest gerne mit nicht-technischen Teams zusammen - auf Deutsch oder Englisch.
