* Abgeschlossene (IT-)technische Ausbildung oder langjährige Erfahrung im IT-Support

 * Störungen zu priorisieren, zu analysieren und erste Lösungen zu finden - das macht dir Spaß.
 * Per Fernwartung oder Remotetools bringst du Systeme schnell wieder ans Laufen.
 * Damit alles rundläuft, dokumentierst du deine Lösungen im Ticketsystem und pflegst die Asset-Daten.
 * Dein Wissen teilst du aktiv in der Wissensdatenbank, um Prozesse effizienter zu gestalten.
