## Description

* Sicherstellung eines zuverlässigen und leistungsfähigen IT-Betriebs sowie Betreuung der gesamten IT-Infrastruktur
 * Administration von Netzwerk-, Server- und Client-Systemen inklusive Benutzerverwaltung
 * Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unserer Windows-basierten IT-Umgebung
 * Analyse, Priorisierung und eigenständige Lösung von Hardware- und Softwareproblemen sowie Supporttickets
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten sowie Peripheriegeräten
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten und Abstimmung mit externen Servicepartnern
 * Unterstützung bei Planung, Ausbau und Modernisierung der bestehenden IT-Landschaft
 * Evaluierung, Test und Einführung neuer Technologien und IT-Produkte
