* Management moderner IT-Systeme, Troubleshooting und Beseitigung von Störungen
 * Analyse und Behebung von Systemfehlern im Betrieb (L1 & L2 Support) Weiterentwicklung und Implementierung der IT-Infrastruktur Monitoring der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Installation und selbstständige Inbetriebnahme von Infrastruktursystemen sowie deren Dokumentation und Vorbereitung für den Betrieb
 * Sicherstellen des Betriebes von Hard- und Softwareanwendungen, einschließlich manueller und automatischer Updates
 * Usermanagement für Spezialanwendungen Asset- und Infrastruktur-Management: Sicherstellung des aktuellen Datenbestandes für die installierte Hardware, Software, Lizenzen und Wartungsverträge Kommunikation zu Kunden und Unterauftragnehmern zu betrieblichen Service Aspekten und Incident Management
