 * Zudem verfügst du über gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Windows-Systemen und Office-Anwendungen
 * Des Weiteren arbeitest du strukturiert und bringst idealerweise Erfahrungen im 10-Finger-Schreiben mit
 * Abschließend überzeugst du durch Serviceorientierung, Teamfähigkeit und Lernbereitschaft

## Description

* Du übernimmst den Onsite IT-Support und betreust Anwender bei technischen Fragen rund um Laptop, PC, Smartphone und Tablet
 * Außerdem kümmerst du dich um die Wartung und Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur am Standort
 * Zudem unterstützt du bei der User-Betreuung im Tagesgeschäft und sorgst für schnelle Lösungen bei Störungen
 * Des Weiteren übernimmst du administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben im Office, wie z. B. Protokollführung
 * Zuletzt erkennst du Digitalisierungspotenziale und bringst dich aktiv bei Verbesserungen und Prozessen ein
