## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Software Engineering oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Software-Qualitätssicherung, idealerweise im Automotive-Umfeld
 * Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Automotive SPICE sowie Verständnis entsprechender Prozesse und Methoden
 * Sehr gute Python-Kenntnisse, insbesondere im Bereich REST-API-Anbindungen und Datenverarbeitung
 * Erfahrung mit Power BI, Datenmodellierung und KPI-Visualisierung
 * Verständnis moderner Softwareentwicklungsprozesse wie CI/CD, Versionskontrolle und Traceability
 * Strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie sicheres und kommunikationsstarkes Auftreten
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung im Automotive- oder Nutzfahrzeugumfeld
 * Kenntnisse in SQL oder NoSQL-Datenbanken von Vorteil
 * Erfahrung mit agilen Entwicklungsmethoden wie Scrum oder Kanban wünschenswert
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse auf C1-Niveau in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Entwicklung, Definition und Einführung aussagekräftiger KPIs im Umfeld Automotive SPICE relevanter Prozesse
 * Analyse bestehender Entwicklungs- und Qualitätsdaten sowie Ableitung geeigneter Metriken und Optimierungspotenziale
 * Abstimmung der KPI-Definitionen mit den Entwicklungsbereichen und fachliche Begleitung bei der Einführung
 * Automatisierte Datenextraktion über REST-APIs mittels Python-Skripten sowie Aufbau geeigneter Daten- und Aggregationslogiken
 * Erstellung von Dashboards und Reports zur Visualisierung relevanter Qualitätskennzahlen, z. B. mit Power BI
 * Bewertung der Ergebnisse hinsichtlich Prozesskonformität, Reifegrad und potenzieller Qualitätsrisiken
 * Mitarbeit bei der Weiterentwicklung von Qualitätsmethoden im Umfeld Automotive SPICE und moderner Softwareentwicklung
 * Dokumentation der Ergebnisse sowie Know-how-Transfer an interne Stakeholder
