## Description

* Bereitstellung von technischem Support und Unterstützung für unsere Windows-basierten Systeme und Anwendungen.
 * Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung von Windows-Servern und -Clients.
 * Diagnostik und Behebung von IT-Problemen, die durch Hardware, Software oder Netzwerkfehler verursacht werden.
 * Unterstützung und Schulung der Mitarbeiter bei IT-Problemen und Anfragen.
 * Verwaltung und Pflege der IT-Infrastruktur in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IT Administrator und Systemadministrator.
 * Durchführung regelmäßiger Systemüberprüfungen und Updates, um die Sicherheit und Stabilität der IT-Systeme zu gewährleisten.
 * Dokumentation von IT-Prozessen, Systemkonfigurationen und Support-Fällen.
