 * Monitoring und Troubleshooting von laufenden Prozessen
 * Dokumentation, Schulung und Übergabe von Prozessen an das Team
 * Technischer First-Level-Support bei internen IT-Fragen (MacBooks, Tools, Accounts)
 * Ansprechpartner für digitale Prozessfragen in der Geschäftsführung und Projektleitung
