## About the Role

Ownership, drive, structured thinking, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity. You take problems personally, decide in the absence of a brief, and own the outcome including the downside. You are equally comfortable writing Python at midnight and walking into a CSO's office the next morning., * Your native use of agents is build on deep software engineering fundamentals: Strong Python, TypeScript or related language skills - you can judge & ship production-grade code. Exposure to AI engineering (agents, harness, ML, RAG, …), deeper system design understanding or infra knowledge are a plus

 * Demonstrated ownership and initiative: a company you started, a leading role in a student initiative, an open-source project, a serious side build, or a role where you owned an outcome others would have delegated
 * You thrive in customer-facing situations: high-stakes conversations with executives energize you, you push back when needed, and you walk out with a clear next step
 * You've optimised your AI tooling: whether Claude Code, Codex, Cursor or your own pi mono setup - you've invested heavily in building the skills and context layer to get the maximum out of your coding agents
 * Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, AI, or a related technical field, from a strong technical university
 * Full working proficiency in both German and English
 * Occasional on-site travel per customer requirements; 20-40% overall (DACH primarily, occasionally international)
