 * Verwaltung von Active Directory sowie DNS, DHCP und Gruppenrichtlinien
 * Verwaltung von Fileservern inkl. Berechtigungen und Speicherstrukturen
 * Betrieb des WSUS Patch-Managements
 * Betrieb von Hyper-V und Cluster-Umgebungen
 * 3rd-Level Support und Durchführung von Root-Cause-Analysen
 * Mitwirkung an IT-Infrastrukturprojekten (Migrationen, Rollouts)
 * Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen
 * Unterstützung und fachliche Anleitung von 1st- und 2nd-Level Support
