## About the Role

* Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich IT, Netzwerktechnik, Informatik oder Elektrotechnik - oder echte Hands-on-Erfahrung, die das aufwiegt
 * Grundkenntnisse in optischer Übertragungstechnik oder Netzwerkbetrieb - Du weißt, was ein GBIC ist, kennst Layer-1-Grundlagen und hast keine Angst vor SFP-DDM-Werten
 * Erfahrung im Umgang mit Netzwerkgeräten (z. B. Cisco, Juniper, Arista, MikroTik) - Du hast schon Interfaces konfiguriert und Interfaces debuggt
 * Starke Sprachskills - entweder Deutsch auf B1-Niveau und Englisch auf B2-Niveau oder Deutsch auf B2-Niveau und Englisch auf B1-Niveau. Wichtig ist eine sichere Kommunikation in beiden Sprachen - in Wort und Schrift
 * Strukturiertes Arbeiten, Lust auf Fehlersuche und kein Problem damit, auch mal tiefer zu graben, wenn ein Fehler nicht auf Anhieb erklärbar ist
