## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Fach- / Hochschulstudium als (Wirtschafts-)Informatiker:in, (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieur:in, Wirtschaftswissenschaftler:in, Mathematiker:in, Naturwissenschaftler:in oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Position in der QA (z.B. als Test-Manager:in, Test Analyst:in, Testautomatisierer:in) größerer Anwendungen
 * Idealerweise Erfahrung im Aufbau von Testautomatisierungen - Im Profil nachzuweisen
 * Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Arbeit im agilen Umfeld - idealerweise mit der Anwendung und Umsetzung von SAFe sowie in der fachlichen Führung von Teams vertraut
 * Kenntnis moderner QA-Prozesse und der besonderen Herausforderungen im agilen Umfeld sowie eine proaktive Handlungsweise
 * Kommunikation mit verschiedenen Stakeholder:innen, auch im Top-Management, sowie idealerweise ISTQB-Zertifizierungen (mindestens ISTQB-Advanced Test Manager und Agile Tester-Zertifizierung) - Stakeholder-Kommunikation / Zertifikate bevorzugt
 * Stark ausgeprägtes, ganzheitliches Qualitätsbewusstsein
 * Lösungsorientierte, selbstständige und analytische Arbeitsweise
 * Kommunikationsstärke und Überzeugungsfähigkeit
 * Kooperativer Arbeitsstil und Beratungskompetenz
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
 * Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift - Gute Kenntnisse
