## Description

Au sein du service informatique, vous serez amené(e) à :

 - Assurer le support informatique de proximité auprès des collaborateurs (matériel, logiciels, imprimantes, smartphones et périphériques).
 - Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels de premier niveau.
 - Installer, préparer et déployer les postes de travail Windows, les smartphones Android/iPhone et les logiciels métiers.
 - Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation des outils Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint...).
 - Participer à la gestion du parc informatique : inventaire, renouvellement, maintenance et déploiement du matériel.
 - Suivre les demandes d'assistance et les interventions dans GLPI.
 - Participer aux mises à jour Windows et aux déploiements logiciels.
 - Participer à l'administration des comptes utilisateurs Active Directory et Microsoft 365.
 - Contribuer au maintien en condition opérationnelle et à la sécurité du système d'information.
 - Participer à des projets d'amélioration et d'évolution de l'infrastructure informatique.
