## Description

Pour rejoindre nos équipes et intervenir auprès de nos clients majeurs des secteurs Assurance et Banque, basés à Nantes.

 * Compétences & Responsabilités

 * Définir et piloter la stratégie de tests sur votre périmètre
 * Identifier les moyens humains, techniques et budgétaires nécessaires pour garantir le niveau de qualité attendu
 * Élaborer et suivre le budget tests (prévision, optimisation, reporting)
 * Définir et piloter des KPIs qualité (couverture de tests, taux de défauts, non-régression, performance…)
 * Mettre en place des tableaux de bord de suivi et indicateurs de performance
 * Conduire la transformation et l'amélioration continue des pratiques de test
 * Manager et accompagner les collaborateurs
 * Animer des workshops avec les métiers et parties prenantes produit
 * Animer les communautés de pratique QA (locale et nationale)
 * Participer aux instances projet / produit
 * Réaliser des missions de conseil, audit et transformation chez nos clients
