 * Connaissance des méthodologies projet (cycle en V, agile).
 * Maîtrise des infrastructures IT : virtualisation, stockage, réseaux, sauvegarde.
 * Soft skills : rigueur, autonomie, anticipation, communication client maîtrisée.
 * Bonus : maîtrise de JIRA ou équivalent.

* Gestion de projet :
 + Piloter des projets capacitaires ou en engagement de résultat.
 + Appliquer les méthodologies cycle en V et agile (Scrum, Kanban).
 + Élaborer et suivre les plannings, budgets et risques.
 * Analyse des besoins :
 + Recueillir et formaliser les besoins clients.
 + Traduire les attentes en solutions techniques adaptées.
 * Expertise technique :
 + Maîtrise des infrastructures IT : virtualisation (VMware, Hyper-V), stockage, réseaux, sauvegarde.
 + Challenger les choix d'architecture et garantir la faisabilité technique.
 * Communication & reporting :
 + Assurer une relation client fluide et produire des reportings réguliers.
 + Rédiger la documentation projet (spécifications, comptes rendus).
