 * organisierst und moderierst Scrum-Meetings, wie z.B. Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews und Retrospektiven
 * förderst die Selbstorganisation und Eigenverantwortung des Entwicklungsteams
 * entfernst Hindernisse und Blockaden, die den Fortschritt des Entwicklungsteams behindern
 * überwachst den Fortschritt des Entwicklungsteams und erstattest Bericht an das Management
