 * You have proven experience in strategic planning, including developing and executing multi-year roadmaps.
 * Your exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills enable you to present and influence at all levels, including executive leadership.
 * Strong technical knowledge of the SuccessFactors platform and modules, along with solid understanding of SAP HCM and system integration principles, complete your profile.
 * Fluent in English

## Description

* You'll define and own the strategic roadmap for HR Systems at TUI Musement, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and improvements to support our business objectives.
 * Leading and developing a team of 3, you'll set clear priorities, allocate resources effectively, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
 * Establishing and maintaining governance frameworks, standards, and policies for HR Systems is part of your remit, ensuring consistency, compliance, and data integrity across the globe.
 * As a key member of the TUI People Leadership Team, you'll represent HR Systems in senior leadership forums and ensure the HR Systems strategy aligns with broader HR and business goals.
 * Overseeing the delivery of major HR Systems projects and process improvement initiatives through effective project management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement is your responsibility.
 * You'll drive continuous improvement and innovation in HR Systems and processes, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for enhanced efficiency and business value.
