Du bringst ausgeprägte Fähigkeiten im Stakeholder-, Konflikt und Eskalationsmanagement mit
Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, eigenverantwortlich und lösungsorientiert
Du bist sehr kommunikationsstark und kannst in internationalen Projektstrukturen souverän auftreten
Du kennst Dich aus mit klassischen, agilen und hybriden Projektmanagementmethoden

## Description

In der Rolle des Senior Projektleiter Mechatronische Systeme (d/w/m) trägst Du die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und erfolgreiche Umsetzung komplexer Entwicklungsprojekte im internationalen Umfeld. Gemeinsam mit interdisziplinären Teams entwickelst Du innovative Medizinprodukte und leistest einen entscheidenden Beitrag dazu, die Mobilität und Lebensqualität von Menschen weltweit nachhaltig zu verbessern.

Aufgaben

Du führst fachlich interdisziplinäre und standortübergreifende Teams aus Software-, Systems-, Elektronik- und Testingenieur*innen in einer globalen Matrixorganisation
Du planst, steuerst und überwachst komplexe Entwicklungsprojekte mit Schwerpunkt hardwarenaher Softwareentwicklung im regulierten Umfeld
Du managst aktiv Projektziele, Risiken, Änderungen, Abhängigkeiten und Eskalationen
Du bist verantwortlich für die transparente Kommunikation des Projektstatus gegenüber Management und relevanten Stakeholder*innen und gewährleistest die Projektdokumentation
Du koordinierst interne Entwicklungsteams sowie externe Software- und Entwicklungspartner*innen
Du stimmst Ressourcen, Prioritäten und Projektziele mit Linienverantwortlichen und Auftraggeber*innen ab
Du steuerst die Einhaltung regulatorischer und qualitätsrelevanter Anforderungen im Softwareentwicklungsprozess
Du wirkst mit an der Weiterentwicklung von Projektmanagement-Standards, Methoden und Prozessen
