* Erfassung, Analyse und Bewertung von Kundenanforderungen sowie deren Umsetzung in IT-Projekte
 * Projektsteuerung von der Konzeption bis zur Implementierung, inklusive Begleitung und Nachbearbeitung
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur optimalen Umsetzung der Kundenwünsche
 * Kundendialog und Beratung zu betriebswirtschaftlichen Prozessen und IT-Lösungen
 * Koordination und Kontrolle der Projektschritte sowie Sicherstellung einer effizienten Umsetzung
 * Überprüfung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Systemlandschaft
