## About the Role

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium in den Bereichen Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-) Ingenieurwissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Scrum Master in agilen Entwicklungsteams
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung agiler Methoden und Frameworks (z. B. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
 * Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für die Zusammenarbeit in Softwareentwicklungsteams, idealerweise ergänzt um Erfahrung im regulierten Umfeld (z. B. Medizinprodukte oder Digital Therapeutics)
 * Hohe Kommunikations- und Moderationskompetenz sowie starke Problemlösungskompetenz gepaart mit Empathie und einer strukturierten/zielorientierten Arbeitsweise
 * Teamorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und einem ausgeprägten Interesse an kontinuierlicher Weiterentwicklung
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Stärkung der Teams in der eigenverantwortlichen, selbstorganisierten und wirkungsvollen Zusammenarbeit zur erfolgreichen Zielerreichung
 * Sicherstellung eines transparenten und reibungslosen Informationsflusses innerhalb und zwischen den Scrum Teams sowie Gestaltung eines produktiven Arbeitsumfelds
 * Moderation agiler Events wie Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews und Retrospektiven sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung
 * Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung teamübergreifender Prozesse in der Softwareentwicklung
 * Unterstützung bei der praxisnahen Integration regulatorischer Anforderungen in den Entwicklungsalltag
 * Mitwirkung im Requirements Engineering, insbesondere bei der Präzisierung, Strukturierung und Weiterentwicklung von Anforderungen
