## Description

* First- und Second-Level-Support für interne Mitarbeitende - per Telefon, Remote und vor Ort
 * Annahme, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung von IT-Anfragen und Störungsmeldungen im Ticketsystem
 * Einrichtung, Konfiguration und Wartung von Clients, Peripheriegeräten und Softwareapplikationen
 * Verwaltung von Benutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechten und Gruppenrichtlinien in Active Directory
 * Unterstützung bei der Betreuung der Windows-Serverlandschaft und Netzwerkinfrastruktur
